Today is the last day of classes before our 4-day weekend! We hope families are able to enjoy this extended time together.

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held this next Thursday, October 13, from 3:30-8:00 p.m.
Parents, check your email for your Parent Teacher Conference time! If you did not receive an email, please email Carissa at nbcs@newtonbible.org and we will get that to you.

Our October Moms in Prayer gathering will be this next Friday, October 14, at 3:00 p.m. All moms are welcome to join and pray with Mrs. Regier for our school. We will be finished in time for student pick-up at the end of the day!
If you have young children, please bring them as well! They will play while the moms share and pray together. We are looking forward to this time of encouragement and fellowship! |

This next Friday, October 14, is NBCS Wear Day! Feel free to wear your school t-shirts (or hoodies!) for the day. If you don't have a school shirt, you may wear blue and yellow to show your school spirit!

NBCS Students are excited to present " Father's Prayers" on October 27th at 7:00 p.m. Please mark your calendars, invite your friends, and plan to attend that evening!
All Pre-K-4th students will need to be dressed as orphans for the play. Students in 5th-7th should also dress as orphans, unless Mrs. Pinkston has told them otherwise. Parents, please let us know if you need ideas for orphan costumes!
We would also love to have parents who are willing to help gather props for this performance. If you would enjoy serving in this way, please contact the office or Mrs. Pinkston directly.
Unlike previous years, we will return to school the day following the play. Because that Thursday will be a school night, in lieu of refreshments, a special donut treat will be offered to students the next morning. We are excited to celebrate the completion of the program with them! |

Mark your calendars for our festive, fall day on Friday, October 21! Students are encouraged to dress in plaid for the day.
A corn dog lunch will also be served to students on the 21st! Each lunch will consist of a corn dog, fries, applesauce, and a cookie. Teachers will take lunch orders in the classroom, similar to how we take pizza orders. If students wish to purchase a lunch, we will punch their pizza card. If they do not have a pizza card, they may bring $1.50 to the office for the lunch. Please let Carissa know if you have any questions! |
